Our team is working on various projects and publications, such as Dr. Gabrielle Robilliard-Witt’s project on Sailors and Their Things, a study of consumption and material culture in the mobile maritime space, or Luan Cakolli’s dissertation on the brotherhood of Freemasons. Rieke Marie Kaiser, an affiliated researcher from the DiViAS project and former research student in our team, studies the movement of ships using logbooks from our collection.
